Behold, my friends, The Holy Land Experience, the next in a long line of the Christian church’s money-grubbing schemes. I honestly am at a loss for words.
I personally don’t see what’s wrong with Mickey Mouse. That’s some good wholesome fun, in my book. And what’s wrong with letting your kids have some fun on a much-needed vacation? This new amusement park begs the question, what could be more fun than seeing your Lord and Savior bloodied and crucified? Not up your alley? Check out two of their funtastic exhibits: watch your children squeal with delight as they stroll through the Center for Biblical Antiquities; you may need to strap your five-year-old into a harness, as he’ll be screaming and flailing with delight at the Day in the Life of a Monk exhibit.
Wake up, folks. Yeah, they want the “experience” to make you a better Christian…so you’ll keep spending money at their stupid theme park! Is anyone else on the verge of vomitting?
